Registered and Non-Registered user posting areas

Due to spam on a semi-regular basis I have split posting for registered and non-registered users into two areas.

Both will still be moderated and de-spammed but I wanted to make life easier for regulars.

Registration with the site is free, gives you the ability to lock in a unique username and ultimately establishes your identity on the site allowing you to be recognized by other users on the site.

Ok - new plan.

Posting is available to registered users only now and registrations are now approved by the admin instead of the automated process.

This means there will be a little more lag time in accounts becoming active for new users but it will end the spam problem and improve the quality of the site.

Just wanted to let everybody know that the new system has prevented 10 spammers from signing up over the last 24 hours...

It's working exactly as I expected
